1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeEdgeLab services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

TradeEdgeLab provides software tools and programming services for forex traders, including but not limited to: Edge Lab RISK, Edge Lab JOURNAL, Edge Lab COPIER, and custom programming services (Edge Lab CODE).

3. License Terms

Software licenses are non-transferable except where explicitly stated. Monthly licenses are valid for one (1) MetaTrader account. Lifetime licenses may be transferred once at no charge. Licenses may not be resold or sublicensed.

4. Payment & Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days (monthly) or 14 days (lifetime) of purchase. Custom programming services require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work commences.

5. Intellectual Property

All software products remain the intellectual property of TradeEdgeLab. For custom programming services, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered code. Source code ownership varies by contract agreement.

6. Risk Disclaimer

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. TradeEdgeLab tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice or trading recommendations. We are not responsible for any trading losses incurred while using our software.

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeEdgeLab's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TradeEdgeLab is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
